6 years ago, we were new to the area and wanted to buy a condo near our children.
We contacted the realtor on the sign in the window (Liz Hansen. ) Although we did not buy that condo, we asked Liz to help us find a condo to our specifications. She found the perfect one that we have owned for 6 years. Now. That family dynamics have changed, we called Liz to help us sell. She expertly guided us through the process and got a contract within 2 days of listing.
Liz was great, always very professional.
She walked us through everything and was very patient when I said I didn’t like something. She would walk me through if it was replaceable or not. She really fought for us and we couldn’t be any happier. We always got phone calls or texts about what the next steps were, it really made this whole process a lot less stressful!
